MagSure All-RNA Isolation kit is specially developed to isolate DNA-free total RNA, including microRNAs from cells or tissue samples using the magnetic beads. This kit uses the Rsure reagent for the quick lysis of cells, followed by depletion of genomic DNA (gDNA) and long RNAs with the silica column. The total RNA or the small RNA in the flowthrough are isolated by solid-phase reversible immobilization (SPRI) on silica-coated magnetic beads. This kit can isolate DNA-free total RNA or microRNA without the time-consuming and expensive DNase treatment. In sum, this kit can be used to isolate high-quality RNA from samples, including animal cells, tissues, plants, and yeast.
